Brief Introduction

Dr. Nilachakra Sahu is an orthopaedic surgeon with expertise in trauma care, fracture management and a broad spectrum of orthopaedic procedures. He holds an MBBS (Hons), DNB in Orthopaedics and MNAMS.
He has extensive operative experience in managing complex trauma, polytrauma, open fractures, spinal conditions, sports-related knee and shoulder injuries. His surgical skills include fracture fixation, intramedullary nailing, plating of long bones and periarticular fractures, hip fracture procedures, spine decompression and stabilization, and arthroscopic procedures such as ACL/PCL reconstruction and meniscus repair.
He is actively involved in evidence-based clinical practice, perioperative patient care and multidisciplinary management of orthopaedic cases. He is committed to continuous professional development, skill enhancement and delivering high-quality, patient-centered orthopaedic care with a focus on functional recovery and optimal outcomes.
