Brief Introduction

Dr. Rajnish Sharma is an experienced Thyroid Specialist with a focussed clinical background in the evaluation and management of thyroid-related conditions. He was previously Additional Director of INMAS. He has a vast experience of 34 years in managing thyroid disorders at INMAS. He has undergone Thyroid specialization, extensive training in treating thyroid diseases, research work related to thyroid disorders, specially using latest nuclear Medicine techniques to manage thyroid patients. He has more than 250 research publications during his long carrier at INMAS.

He has worked and has trained abroad at several medical hospitals such as University College London, UK, IAEA, Vienna, Austria, King Hussain Medical Center, Amman, Jordan, Steve Bikos Hospital, Pretoria, South Africa, Science Center, University of Zurich, Switzerland, Turku Research Center at Finland, and many more.

With his vast wealth of knowledge he provides structured care for patients with thyroid imbalance, goitre, thyroid nodules and long-term endocrine concerns. His approach emphasizes careful assessment, patient education and follow-up-based treatment planning.

• Awarded the degree of MAMS (Nuclear Medicine) by National Academy of Medical Sciences, INDIA, by Election on the basis of research work done in the field of Nuclear Medicine (2003).
